Our client is a fast-growing insurance company who is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service operations across various platforms
  • Plan and allocate resources to achieve target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure high-quality services are delivered by external providers to meet agreed service levels
  • Identify and arrange necessary training to improve customer service quality and productivity
  • Participate in operational and system projects, and produce management reports for performance evaluation and improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder
  • 5+ years of experience in customer engagement, customer experience, or customer services roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English are a plus
  • Knowledge of Life/ Health Insurance industry is highly preferred
