Company Overview


Our client is a fast-growing insurance company who is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality counter services to enhance the customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Customer Service team to deliver superior and efficient service of counter centre 
  • Deliver quality services to customers especially for MCV
  • Actively address and resolve customer enquiries and complaints, enhancing our focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and enhance the team’s expertise and skills.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify problems, propose resolutions, and execute improvement plans for customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer engagement, experience, or service roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are highly valued.
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership.
  • Familiarity with the life insurance sector is advantageous.
