Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current operational workflows and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement process enhancements to streamline underwriting, claims management, and customer service functions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational targets are met.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Assist in defining product features, pricing strategies, and risk assessment models based on data insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, underwriting, and actuarial teams to ensure seamless product rollout.
- Evaluate the success of new product launches through post-implementation reviews and performance analysis.
- Work closely with IT, finance, compliance, and sales teams to support business objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Support the development of business cases and financial models for new initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and operational processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
