Job Summary:
Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking insurance provider committed to delivering innovative solutions that meet evolving customer needs. They are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Consultant to join the team. This role is instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and driving successful new product launches. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging data-driven insights to streamline operations, refine product strategies, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze current operational workflows and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement process enhancements to streamline underwriting, claims management, and customer service functions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational targets are met.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Assist in defining product features, pricing strategies, and risk assessment models based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, underwriting, and actuarial teams to ensure seamless product rollout.
  • Evaluate the success of new product launches through post-implementation reviews and performance analysis.
  • Work closely with IT, finance, compliance, and sales teams to support business objectives.
  • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Support the development of business cases and financial models for new initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance sector.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and operational processes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
