Job description

We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for our banking client, driving innovation across enterprise platforms and customer-facing solutions. The ideal candidate with a proven ability to design, deliver, and scale digital products that enhance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and client engagement. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, ensuring measurable impact in a highly regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, from strategy to execution, ensuring on-spec, on-time, and on-budget outcomes.
  • Define and execute product vision and roadmap for corporate digital transformation programs within banking.
  • Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with strategic objectives.
  • Lead ideation, requirements gathering, and prioritization of features across enterprise systems and digital platforms.
  • Manage full product lifecycle, discovery, design, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive adoption and scaling of SaaS-based solutions tailored for banking operations and corporate clients.
  • Evaluate vendor platforms and integrate SaaS solutions into enterprise workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, cloud, and data-driven solutions in banking.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or above degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, engineering, business)
  • 10+ years of experience in digital product management, corporate transformation, or enterprise systems delivery.
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, and product lifecycle management.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and enterprise architecture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
