We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for our banking client, driving innovation across enterprise platforms and customer-facing solutions. The ideal candidate with a proven ability to design, deliver, and scale digital products that enhance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and client engagement. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, ensuring measurable impact in a highly regulated financial services environment.

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, from strategy to execution, ensuring on-spec, on-time, and on-budget outcomes.
- Define and execute product vision and roadmap for corporate digital transformation programs within banking.
- Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with strategic objectives.
- Lead ideation, requirements gathering, and prioritization of features across enterprise systems and digital platforms.
- Manage full product lifecycle, discovery, design, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Drive adoption and scaling of SaaS-based solutions tailored for banking operations and corporate clients.
- Evaluate vendor platforms and integrate SaaS solutions into enterprise workflows.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, cloud, and data-driven solutions in banking.
- Bachelor's or above degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, engineering, business)
- 10+ years of experience in digital product management, corporate transformation, or enterprise systems delivery.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, and product lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and enterprise architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
