As the director of bsuiness operaiton, your key responsibility will be to:
Responsibilities:
- Formulate product operation strategies according to the company's product strategy, improve efficiency indicators such as user acquisition, retention, conversion, and recall, and be responsible for user experience;
- Responsible for the overall operation of Internet financial services, maintain user relationships, and improve user experience. Activity and stickiness, discover and promote high-quality users, guide users to generate content, and enhance interactivity;
- Sensitive to data, continuously track product operation data, adjust operation strategies, follow up user feedback, and improve product experience; 4. Competitive The ability of product analysis can provide feasible suggestions for product operation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in computer or finance;
- More than 5 years of product experience, financial product background is preferred; 3. Good data analysis ability, good at analyzing user behavior, pondering user pain points, and network sniffing Point;
