This leading regional broker is looking for finance talent focusing on in Manager level to support the business due to great success in their business last year. You will be joining a team of 6 with great working culture and exposure provided.
Job scope.
As the Finance Manager for a Leading Regional Asset Management, your key responsibility will be to:
- Manage full spectrum of financial related matters and projects;
- Be the subject matter expert for overall strategic financial management matters, including but not limited to financial reporting, financial planning & analysis, management reporting;
- Oversee and monitor the liquid capital and prepare the FRR;
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, bankers, headquarter and other subsidiaries;
- Support headquarter on reports and act as an coordinator;
- Facilitate in system automation and enhance the existing work flow;
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.
Requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Banking or other related discipline, with minimum 7 years of professional accounting experiences;
- Qualified accountant is a must, HKICPA is preferred;
- Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented and ability to work independently and under pressure;
- Team player;
- Strong knowledge of SFC regulatory requirement, accounting standards, financial markets and compliance knowledge
- Previous experience in brokerage firms is essential. Candidates from big 4 are also welcomed;
- Proficient in MS Office application; and
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
