We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Project Manager with a solid background in financial services for the fintech platforms to lead the delivery of security-focused initiatives. In this role, you will manage complex, cross-functional projects that support digital transformation and the ensure regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, budgeting, stakeholder communication and vendor management.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with business goals
- Ensure the compliance of ISO Standards to all responsible IT services
- Coordinate effectively across Development, Infrastructure, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
- Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and service providers
- Oversee contract negotiations, SLAs, and performance reviews
- Present project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and secure necessary approvals
- Monitor project KPIs, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced FinTech environment
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex IT projects, ideally in FinTech or Banking & Financial Services
- PMP certification preferred; Agile/Scrum experience is a plus
- Experience with project management in software tools & methodologies
- Familiarity with IT security frameworks and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
- Fluent communication skills in English and Cantonese.
- Proven ability to manage resources, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
