About the Company
Our client is an European MNC and is a leader in its industry. They are seeking a payroll specialist to support the HK office. The ideal candidate should be someone who has hands on payroll calculation experience as well as sound SAP system knowledge.
Job Duties
- Handling end to end monthly payroll calculations and ensure to complete on an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain the data accuracy over the HRIS system and assist in any system enhancement if necessary.
- Handle C&B administrative task including but not limited tax filing, MPF, medical enrolment etc.
- Prepare HR reports (such as movement, headcount, summary, cost allocation and payroll breakdown reports.
- Prepare regular and periodic reports for management review.
- Assisted in any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting or any related disciplines.
- At least 3 years’ experience in payroll, experience in large scale firms or payroll vendor is a plus.
- Familiar with HK employment ordinance and related regulatory policies.
- Detail minded and organized candidates are desired.
