This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of a few expanding Chinese Banks in the market. Their compliance division has a new headcount on their Compliance team as a Senior Associate or VP to assist on General Compliance, help building and updating the compliance framework of the bank and support their ambitious growth plan for 2024.
Job details:
The main job duties include executing compliance monitoring and controls including monitoring of Personal Account Dealing, Licensing, anti-corruption and bribery. You would also need to manage the daily work contact with the supervisory authorities and making sure the require stakeholders are aware of regulation updates. Your responsibility also includes handling the branch and employees’ individual licensing matters.
Experience preferred:
The preferred candidate would need to have at least 5 years of Corp & Investment bank Compliance experience. As the role focuses on gerneral compliance, FCC candidates would be considered for a different role. Cantonese and Mandarin are both Mandatory.
