Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the company’s overall strategy, operations, and daily management
- Serve as the licensed Responsible Officer under the Insurance Authority’s regulatory framework
- Lead and inspire a team of 10–13 GI professionals across all lines of general insurance
- Oversee quotation delivery, client servicing, and product integrity
- Drive budget planning, financial oversight, and ensure fiscal health
- Champion business development initiatives to expand corporate and retail client portfolios
- Act as a key liaison with regulators, partners, and internal stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the general insurance industry
- Deep expertise across GI product lines and brokerage operations
- Currently serving as a Responsible Officer is highly advantageous
- Proven leadership in both corporate insurance management and brokerage environments
- Strong strategic thinking, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
