About the company
This is a dynamic smart robotics company headquartered in Singapore that is experiencing rapid growth and the company has already expanded its reach across different regions and countries. With an increase in business activities, they are looking to hire an experienced Global Sales Leader to manage the distribution channels and build up its global sales teams.

About the role
  • Lead the enterprise sales team for physical products in different regions including the US, Aus, Asia, and EU.
  • Travel extensively to meet major customers and develop new partnerships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies based on strong business acumen and sales data analysis for future growth projection.
  • Handle channel sales for dealers, CRM and sales support.
  • Manage a team of 15 to 20 sales professionals.
Skills and Qualifications Required 
  • At least 5-10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise sales with a successful track record.
  • Expertise in coming up with sales strategies for different regions and comfortable communicating with C-suites, senior management and board of directors.
  • Strong business acumen, highly driven, and enjoys tough challenges.
  • Excellent data literacy, capable of making sense of sales data for future growth projection.
  • Possess good analytical, decision-making and management skills.
  • Able to lead a highly driven global sales team and has managed a team of 15-20 sales professionals.
  • Strong strategic thinking, gravitas, and ability to impress BOD/CEO when speaking.
  • Must be intelligent, quick and able to come out with strategies fast.
  • Highly flexible, creative individual with great charisma and gratitude.
