About the role
- Lead the enterprise sales team for physical products in different regions including the US, Aus, Asia, and EU.
- Travel extensively to meet major customers and develop new partnerships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies based on strong business acumen and sales data analysis for future growth projection.
- Handle channel sales for dealers, CRM and sales support.
- Manage a team of 15 to 20 sales professionals.
- At least 5-10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise sales with a successful track record.
- Expertise in coming up with sales strategies for different regions and comfortable communicating with C-suites, senior management and board of directors.
- Strong business acumen, highly driven, and enjoys tough challenges.
- Excellent data literacy, capable of making sense of sales data for future growth projection.
- Possess good analytical, decision-making and management skills.
- Able to lead a highly driven global sales team and has managed a team of 15-20 sales professionals.
- Strong strategic thinking, gravitas, and ability to impress BOD/CEO when speaking.
- Must be intelligent, quick and able to come out with strategies fast.
- Highly flexible, creative individual with great charisma and gratitude.
