Job description

My client is a multinational telecom operator with Southeast Asia presence. Due to its aggressive growth plans, they are looking to onboard a Head of Business Development with a passion for sales and growth, capable of leading sales and driving B2B Telco SaaS growth. This position will be based in Seoul, South Korea reporting to the VP Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieved targeted ARR growth by launching new markets and closing complex deals with Telecom operators and groups
  • Lead sales strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams for growth and market share
  • Strengthen relationships with C-suite executives in existing and new accounts for business growth
  • Implement structured sales methodology, optimise sales tools and provide data-drive sales approach
  • Develop compelling customer value propositions and market focused messages and pricing for current and future products
Skills and Qualifications Required:
  • Experienced SaaS/enterprise software professionals with over 10 years in Telco
  • Demonstrated sales success with regions launched driving profitable growth
  • Expertise in solution selling and closing large, complex B2B deals with either a long lead time or multiple decision makers
  • Experience managing and directing large teams in high growth environments
  • Strong connections with C-suite executives and ability to onboard new clients
  • Strategic and results-driven self-starter
  • Proactive and innovative individual who can bring in new ideas
