My client is a MNC who is looking for a Head of Corporate Communications, responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication initiatives to promote and protect the reputation of the company.
This role involves managing a team of communications professionals and working closely with key stakeholders, including executives, employees, media outlets, and the public.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communications strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Manage company’s reputation by monitoring media coverage, addressing issues promptly, and implementing crisis communication plans when necessary.
- Cultivate relationships with media and press outlets to ensure positive media coverage and handle media inquiries effectively.
- Engage and bridge communications within the Group and external stakeholders
- Responsible for corporate events from idea to implementation
- Oversee the creation of compelling and accurate content, including press releases, speeches, articles, social media posts, and other communication materials.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all communication channels and materials.
- Responsible for crisis communication plans, manage communication during crises, and provide guidance to senior management on handling sensitive issues.
- Lead and mentor a team of communications professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree may be preferred.
- At least 15 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing communication strategies in a corporate setting.
