Job description

Objective: 

You will be performing as the Head of membership, to design and implement a strategic planning program for membership initiatives. 
High calibre with regional and APAC office experience are highly preferred. Interested parties from Hong Kong, Macau, or Singapore would be considered as well.

Responsibility
  • To lead a small team to design and implement the membership strategy for across marketing, sales and customer service department.
  • To understand customer spending behaviors, and to develop effective consumer marketing strategies to drive membership growth and business growth.
  • To monitor the program from end to end, including a budget, operation, communication, marketing campaign, and events are optimized. 
  • To drive the customer engagement approach in multi-channels to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction and delighted the customer journey.
Requirement
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in related to membership growth and strategic planning experience. 
  • With solid membership growth program experience from the regional office, APAC to drive business growth and delighted the customer journey is preferred. 
  • Experience gained from membership club, the entertainment sector, hospitality sector and the aviation sector has added advantages. 
  • Customer-centric, in-depth understanding to customer spending behaviors is preferred. 
  • Strong business acumen and strategic planning experience are necessary.
  • Presentable, excellent interpersonal skills and problem service skills. 
  • Regional or APAC market experience are highly preferred. 
  • Fluent in English, Chinese are preferred.
