Job Description:
- Work closely with Management / line managers to understand their needs and provide HR advice for them, including but not limited to HR strategies, manpower planning, retention / expansion matters etc.
- Lead and advise on performance frameworks, promotion calibration, and feedback culture to ensure alignment with high-growth, fast-delivery environments
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment for the bank as well as graduate intakes, ensuring great candidate experience consistently
- Participate in year-end exercises including but not limited to budgeting, salary review and bonus proposals etc. while acting as a checker for monthly payroll processing
- Submit required reports to the HKMA within requested timelines
- Assist in ad hoc projects when necessary
- Minimum 8–10 years of HR Generalist experience, including at least 2 years in an HRBP role
- Experience gained within private banking or wealth management institutions is highly desired
- Agile mindset with the ability to balance strategic work and real-time problem solving
- Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) with excellent written and verbal communication is essential
- Candidates with shorter notice period may have an added advantage
