In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Attorney Talent department to facilitate recruitment processes, coordinate intern and summer programs, onboard new hires, organize training initiatives, and provide essential administrative support.
Job Description:
- Assist in optimizing the recruitment process for legal talent
- Coordinate and enhance intern and summer programs, including social engagements
- Support the seamless integration of new legal talents into the firm
- Coordinate and oversee comprehensive training programs for Legal hires
- Manage various administrative tasks and project coordination when necessary
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in handling similar matters, preferably in a international law firm or professional services environment, candidates with more or less relevant experience will also be considered
- Strong multi-tasking skills, attention to details, and ability to work under a fast pace environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both written and spoken). Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
