About the Company:
My client is a Western MNC and leader in its industry, currently they are going through a transformation within their firm, they are currently looking for a C&B Manager to join them. This pivotal role will involve formulating and implementing comprehensive high level C&B framework and practices as well as overseeing the C&B operations. This role will be directly reporting to the HR Head and leading a team of 5.

Job Description:
C&B Team Management 
  • Act as the C&B team leader and oversee end-to-end C&B operations, including payroll, pensions, taxation, medical schemes, benefits, and leave administration - ensuring full compliance with local employment legislation
  • Manage payroll system enhancement and automation projects, ensuring data accuracy and enabling timely workforce analytics and cost forecasting
  • Act as the subject-matter expert to HR Business Partners on salary offers, retention arrangements, mobility cases, and internal moves when necessary
Total rewards 
  • Lead the annual compensation review process, including market benchmarking, salary and bonus reviews, promotion adjustments, and vendor negotiations
  • Drive different salary structure/ job evaluation alignment progamme 
  • Deliver regular / ad-hoc C&B analytics, reports, and dashboards to senior management and board-level stakeholders
  • Participate / take the lead of HRIS implantation / enhancement projects (if any)
Skills & Experiences required:
  • University degree in HR Management, Statistics or a related field  
  • At least 8 years of Total Rewards experience, coming from large MNCs are desired
  • In-depth knowledge in different analytical tools and good communication skills  
  • Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Sound experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactor / Oracle / Workday will be an added advantage
  • Candidates with short notice are highly preferable!
