They are looking for an all-round HR professional to take up their 12 months fixed term contract and look after HR operations, from on-off boarding to C&B operation matters, this role will be regional role.

Job Description:
- Support the HR operation including but not limited to employee on-off boarding, C&B and employee relationship
- Work closely with the HR team and ensure their daily operation runs smoothly, act as a checker of their monthly payroll and headcount approval, taxation and pension schemes aligned with the HK Labour Ordinance
- Look after the HRIS maintenance and ensure the data is accurate on the system
- Assist the HRBPs for different employee relations/ recruitment matters when necessary
- Assist in organising Employee engagement events across the region
- Participate in other HR projects if necessary
- University degree in HR Management or a related field
- At least 5 years of HR experience preferably in banking / Financial Services/ Professional Services
- Candidates who are passionate and driven are desired
- In-depth knowledge in different analytical tools and good communication skills
- Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidates with more/ less experience will also be considered
- Candidate with short notice is preferred
