About the Company:
My client is a leader of its industry and they are currently expanding their team to cater with their whole business transformation project.  

They are looking for a HRBP to provide HR advisory to the Senior Management and provide appropriate & sophisticated advice. The idea of this role is to become the bridge between staff and senior management, to identify the potential crisis/ matters across teams and solve them to ensure a smooth transformation and achieve the ultimate business goals. This The ideal candidate should have great stakeholder management skills with proven track record in the past. Candidates with around 5-8 years of pure HRBP experience are desired.

Job Description:
  • Partner with senior management to understand business goals and align HR strategies to support transformation initiatives
  • Provide professional HR advisory on key areas including organization design, talent management, performance, and employee engagement
  • Act as a trusted liaison between employees and management, identifying potential challenges or conflicts and driving effective resolution
  • Develop and implement initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and strengthen employee engagement
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver seamless HR services and ensure consistency across business units
  • Monitor and analyze people trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness
  • Assist in other HR projects when necessary
Skills & Experiences required:
  • University degree in HR Management or a related field  
  • At least 10 years of overall HR experience, preferably gained from large-scale non-financial services organizations, with a minimum of 5 years in an HR Business Partner capacity
  • The ideal candidate should be good at communication, driven and agile
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Including Cantonese and Mandarin) and English is a MUST
