Job Description:
- Work closely with Senior Management / Department Heads across the region to understand their needs and provide HR advice for them, including but not limited to HR strategies, manpower planning, retention / expansion, matters etc.
- Facilitate and plan for the business unit’s succession planning and performance management issues
- Look after the delegated Business Unit and ensure the communication is clear and transparent, also to increase the employee engagement level
- Work with Talent Management team to implement OD/ TM strategies
- Closely liaise with TA team for the hiring needs and monitor the process of hiring
- Take part in annual HR projects such as manpower planning, budgeting, salary review etc.
- Participate in other HR projects if necessary
- University degree in HR Management or a related field
- At least 8 years of HR experience preferably from large scale/ international companies
- The ideal candidate should be passionate in talents, driven and agile
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a MUST
- Candidate with short notice is preferred
