We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to support their HR initiatives across multiple business units. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about recruitment, compliance, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment initiatives from strategic talent sourcing and candidate assessment to seamless onboarding and offboarding processes
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and align talent strategies with organizational goals
- Advise business leaders on organizational development matters including workforce planning, performance optimization, and employee engagement strategies
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and offboarding
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies across all jurisdictions
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years in HR, preferably in a large/matrixed organization
- Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
- Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to grow in a mega-size enterprise
- Candidates from Property or Real Estate industry has an added advantage
