Responsibilities
Identify training needs across various sales channels and ensure alignment with the company’s business development objectives
Design comprehensive training programs and courses focused on insurance product sales enhancement
Prepare and update training materials that support product knowledge, selling techniques, and highlight product advantages
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, covering product features, sales strategies, and customer interaction skills
Develop detailed training plans with clear timelines, define target participants and key stakeholders, and continuously evaluate and refine training programs based on feedback and performance outcomes
