Job description

Our client, a respected global insurance provider, is looking for an Agency Training Manager to support and lead operational excellence in their training team

Responsibilities: 
• Oversee day-to-day operations including training logistics, reporting, budgeting, and admin support
• Manage team resources and supervise clerical staff
• Ensure regulatory compliance in training activities
• Drive improvements in training materials and support systems (LMS)
• Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless operations
• Lead projects and coach junior staff to grow the team’s capability
• Deliver data analysis for senior management insights

Requirement:
• A university degree in any field
• 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally in insurance or banking in the training team
• Strong administrative skills and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
• Fluent in both English and Chinese
