Job description

A Program Director (HRIS) job has become available at an industry-leading conglomerate, coordinating and delivering the multi-phase HR system project to all group employees globally over three years on time and within budget. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of the SuccessFactors HR system across the organisation. You will work with internal users, cross functional team, IT and/or the outsourced systems integrator throughout all project phases. You will work on an HRIS implementation project specifically SuccessFactors as part of a wider digital transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the project plan and delivery with internal and external stakeholders
  • Establish and manage detailed project plans, scope, milestones, and deliverables
  • Assess and manage project risks and mitigation plans
  • Conduct cost-benefits and business needs analysis, and identify key business challenges and solutions
  • Own and manage the project plan, financials, projections, issue/dependency tracking, resourcing and timescales for the Project.
  • Establish performance indicators, measure the achievement of desired business outcomes, and identify improvement opportunities to achieve the desired outcomes
  • Track, prepare and communicate regular project progress timely to project sponsor and stakeholders
  • Facilitate meetings effectively
  • Build and enhance professional relationships with all stakeholders, including vendors
Key Requirements
  • To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with at least 5 years of project management experience, relevant SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a PMO or Program Management role in a technology-related project environment
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering large-scale HRMS projects, specifically SAP SuccessFactors implementations
  • Proven ability to drive process alignment, elicit user requirements, process documentation.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, interpersonal, people management, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with the interpersonal skills to influence and interact well with stakeholders; an effective communicator with the users and project teams to ensure project success.
  • A self-starter with a strong drive, a fast learner, and an attention to detail with a strong accountability to deliver high-quality work
  • Experience in Agile project management methodologies is a plus
