Job Description:
- To take a big-picture approach to management and follow multiple projects from design to deployment.
- Works closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to determine and document Systems impacts and support requirements
- Responsible for overall project management to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Considers the implications of the application of technology to the current environment.
- Identifies risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues; communicates impact; proposes risk mitigation options.
- Provides in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Directly impacts the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services.
- Persuades and influences others through strong and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills
- Ensure strict adherence to system development standards, architectural guidelines, and security protocols during the implementation of the system.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administrators or in related business field with minimum 5 years of relevant in IT Project Management experience
- Strong managerial, project management, communications, analytical, problem-solving, planning and organizing skills
- Certification on Project Management is preferred (e.g. PMP, CSM)
- Proven experience in project management with strong business acumen
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
