My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager/Senior Manager to join our Actuarial Reporting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing IFRS 17 reporting and utilizing actuarial analytics and data-driven insights to drive business growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- IFRS 17 reporting and methology review, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
- Analyze actuarial data to identify trends and insights, and provide anaylsis reports for business decisions and strategies
- Collaborate with other internal teams, such as Finance and Risk Management, to ensure that actuarial analytics are integrated into business planning and decision-making
- Manage and mentor a team of actuarial analysts and specialists
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to actuarial reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or related field
- Qualified Actuary with 6+ years of experience in actuarial analytics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working with actuarial software and tools
