Job Summary

The Marketing Manager (Business Performance) is responsible for formulating balanced score card and KPIs, internal engagement, and staff training delivery. This role requires strong presentation skills and public speaking abilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business operations and performance indicators, as well as experience in developing and implementing performance management strategies.

Responsibilities
:
  • Develop and implement balanced score card and KPIs to measure and improve company’s performance
  • Responsible for setting key performance targets according to data analysis collected from teams
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and engagement
  • Lead and facilitate team engagement activities to foster a strong team culture
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
  • Provide timely and accurate performance data to senior management
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, including employees, department heads, and senior management
  • Deliver engaging and effective presentations on business performance and industry trends to internal and external audiences
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, business administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in performance management, candidates from luxury, retail, ecommerce, hospitality industry has an added advantage
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with proven record of successful training and facilitation delivery during internal townhalls
  • Hands on in presentation materials preparation such as PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal in English and Chinese
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and performance management software/tools
