Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement balanced score card and KPIs to measure and improve company’s performance
- Responsible for setting key performance targets according to data analysis collected from teams
- Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and engagement
- Lead and facilitate team engagement activities to foster a strong team culture
- Collaborate with department heads to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
- Provide timely and accurate performance data to senior management
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, including employees, department heads, and senior management
- Deliver engaging and effective presentations on business performance and industry trends to internal and external audiences
- Bachelor's degree in business management, business administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in performance management, candidates from luxury, retail, ecommerce, hospitality industry has an added advantage
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with proven record of successful training and facilitation delivery during internal townhalls
- Hands on in presentation materials preparation such as PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal in English and Chinese
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and performance management software/tools
