Job scope.
As the overseas finance, your key responsibility will be to:
Job Responsibilities:
- Financial accounting: responsible for the company's financial accounting, ensuring correct and reasonable accounting processing, smooth checkout and statement issuance;
- Tax management: participate in the company's tax planning and analyze tax policies;
- Financial analysis: conduct a multi-dimensional analysis of the company's operating conditions from a financial perspective, and issue an analysis report;
- System construction: promote the online and systematization of financial processes, reports, and ledgers;
- Budget management: follow up the annual budget preparation, promote monthly pre-actual analysis and quarterly rolling forecast, monitor the budget achievement rate, and output monitoring and analysis reports;
- Business support: meet the financial needs of the business, gain an in-depth understanding of the business, discover business pain points, give suggestions and promote solutions, and support business decision-making and process management.
job requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, accounting, auditing and other financial majors;
- More than 3 years of working experience in Internet, software, and high-tech enterprise finance, and familiarity with overseas business accounting is preferred;
- Proficient in financial software, proficient in using Excel and other office applications, familiar with laws and regulations related to finance and taxation;
- Independent thinking ability, risk avoidance and overall planning ability, strong data sensitivity and good communication skills.
