Job Description: Paralegal and Company Secretary As a Paralegal and Company Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization’s legal and corporate governance functions. This position involves ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, managing corporate documentation, and facilitating communication between the company and its stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Corporate Governance:
  • Prepare and maintain corporate records, including meeting minutes, resolutions, and filings with regulatory authorities.
  • Coordinate and support board meetings by preparing agendas and distributing relevant materials.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and collaborate with regulatory compliance teams to meet applicable regulatory requirements.
Administrative Duties:
  • Manage and organize corporate documents and files, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as necessary.
Legal Support:
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and compile relevant information to support various legal matters.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations affecting the cryptocurrency industry.
Job Requirements Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Paralegal certification is an advantage.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a paralegal or in a corporate governance role, preferably within the financial or cryptocurrency sector.
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML regulations and compliance practices is highly desirable.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
