My client is a conglomerate who is looking for a Pricing Manager to cope with their business strategy. The ideal candidate would be responsible for leading and directing the pricing strategy and to ensure profitability by formulating pricing strategies, handling rate requests, and managing customer inquiries.

- Display a comprehensive understanding of the pricing mechanism in the logistics industry within the Hong Kong and GBA
- Lead and direct the formulation of pricing strategies, managing the entire pricing process to enhance profitability.
- Ensure prompt handling of rate requests.
- Manage customer's RFQ/RFP and RFI.
- Collaborate closely with the global sales team and offices to identify and capitalize on strengths, and address weaknesses, in terms of pricing and service compared to competitors.
- Develop professional pricing and service guidelines aligned with sales and operational objectives to secure business and explore new opportunities.
- Monitor the success rate of all quotations and RFQs.
- Utilize pricing as a tool for yield management.
- Hold a degree and possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the international freight forwarding industry, operational transportation, or logistics industry.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and negotiation skills, along with self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.
- Possess excellent persuasiveness and influencing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
