job scope.
As the Product Management Manager focusing on Structure Products in a Regional Private Bank, your key responsibility will be to:

Conduct comprehensive due diligence and risk assessments for structured products, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal policies.
Perform ongoing monitoring of product performance, risk metrics (e.g., credit, market, liquidity risks), and compliance with MAS regulations.
Develop and maintain product governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including documentation, approvals, and coordination with Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.
Lead and support new structured product launches, including feasibility assessments, documentation, and stakeholder approvals.
Drive system enhancements related to structured products (e.g., trading platforms, risk systems, settlement workflows) by gathering business requirements and coordinating with IT.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth implementation of system changes.
Maintain project timelines, risk logs, and post-implementation reviews.
Prepare MIS reports on product performance, risk exposure, and compliance metrics for senior management.
Facilitate post-transaction reporting to ensure adherence to MAS and internal guidelines.
Support audit processes by maintaining proper records and addressing regulatory inquiries.
Collaborate with Front Office (Sales/Trading), Middle Office, Risk, Legal, and IT teams to ensure smooth product operations.
Provide guidance on regulatory changes impacting structured products (e.g., MAS notices, SFDR, MiFID II).

requirements.

5+ years of experience in structured products, fixed income, or derivatives, with exposure to product governance, risk management, or project management.
Strong understanding of structured product mechanics (e.g., notes, swaps, credit-linked products) and regulatory frameworks (MAS, Basel III).
Experience in project management (Agile/Waterfall), system enhancements, and UAT for financial products.
Proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel (VBA/Python a plus), and trading/platform systems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly to stakeholders.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, PMP) are a plus
