- Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycles, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Take ownership of high‑impact, multi‑stakeholder projects, managing budgets, resources, and timelines across regional or global operations. Ensure delivery of complex initiatives that involve cross‑functional teams and enterprise‑wide adoption.
- Provide training on AI technologies and solutions to current and potential customers, enhancing their understanding and adoption.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners; facilitate workshops, presentations, and executive reporting to ensure clarity and buy‑in.
- Define project roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs; monitor progress and proactively address risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Drive adoption of new technologies by simplifying complex concepts into actionable strategies, ensuring smooth integration into business processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related disciplines required; advanced degrees preferred.
- Advanced certifications (e.g., CPMAI, PMP, PMI‑ACP, Scrum Master) preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in project management, with exposure to AI, digital transformation projects.
- Strong organizational, analytical, planning, and communication skills are essential.
- Proven track record of leading large‑scale, multi‑stakeholder projects with measurable business impact.
- Demonstrated success driving governance frameworks and operational excellence.
- Expertise in programme management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Power BI, Excel).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good command in Cantonese , Mandarin and English.
