Responsible for planning, executing, and managing complex projects across various business units and functions within the investment banking division. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technology experts, and operations professionals, to ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals
- Manage project execution, including task assignments, status monitoring, and issue resolution, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, fostering a transparent and accountable project environment
- Identify and manage project risks, escalating issues as necessary and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact
- Provide regular progress updates and performance reports to project sponsors and senior management, highlighting key milestones, accomplishments, and challenges
- Continuously monitor and optimize project processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project management framework, including templates, tools, and best practices, to ensure consistency and standardization across the division
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Finance, or Information Technology
- 5-7 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in an investment banking or financial services environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion
- Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and experience in using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana)
- Knowledge of investment banking products, services, and operations is preferred
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus
