As the Receptionist, you will be the face of company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of office. As the Receptionist, you will be the face of company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of office. You will greet clients, manage incoming calls, and assist with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Job duties:
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth communication
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the office
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience as Receptionist / Client facing professional, candidates with more experience are more than welcome
- Candidates from professional service industry (i.e. banking/ professional firms or legal) has an added advantage
- Candidates who are outspoken with a mature manner and detail-minded
- Professional and friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus but not required
