Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Asia-Pacific marketing strategies in partnership with attorneys, partners, and global marketing teams
- Lead client-facing initiatives including pitches, proposals, sponsorships, branded events, and market campaigns
- Maintain and report on BD pipeline using CRM tools, and leverage insights to guide future initiatives
- Coordinate regional events and sponsorships with precision and client-focus, ensuring brand alignment
- Support client engagement and cross-practice collaboration through targeted outreach, market research, and trend analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing within a law firm or similar professional services (e.g., consulting, financial services)
- Strong knowledge of APAC market landscape and experience working across borders
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and corporate social media tools
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency a plus
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Willingness to travel and adapt to occasional extended hours based on business needs
