The Role:

As the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll design and execute hiring strategies to attract world-class talent across our key markets. You’ll partner with senior leadership to build pipelines for critical roles, optimize employer branding, and ensure a seamless candidate experience—all while driving diversity and scalability in their growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and niche roles across functions
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies (e.g., proactive outreach, talent mapping, events)
  • Refine employer branding to position as a top fintech employer globally
  • Optimize TA processes (ATS, interviews, assessments) for efficiency and candidate satisfaction
  • Collaborate with HRBP/Compensation teams on market trends
Requirements:
  • 8+ years in TA, with 3+ years in a global/in-house fintech or high-growth tech environment.
  • Proven success hiring for leadership, technical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Expertise in employer branding, LinkedIn Recruiter, and data-driven hiring metrics.
  • Strong stakeholder management (C-suite, hiring managers, remote teams).
  • Passion for fintech/innovation; adaptable to rapid change.
