- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities by leveraging your professional network to identify and connect with potential clients and decision-makers.
- Provide comprehensive client insights and sales data to be tracked in the CRM system, enabling effective lead monitoring and pipeline management.
- Drive market growth by cultivating new business opportunities and achieving revenue targets to support the company's overall objectives.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers to facilitate successful deal closures and contract negotiations.
- Lead the business development process, coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling logistics service proposals.
- Support and help execute the strategic business plan to align with regional and corporate growth goals.
- Prepare and present detailed business cases for new opportunities to secure management approvals.
- Solid experience in sales management, ideally in the logistics / freight forwarding industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with CRM tools and sales reporting/analytics
