Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales and client management team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Build and expand broker and intermediary networks, maintaining strong relationships and identifying new partnership opportunities.
- Drive SME and corporate portfolio growth through strategic business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and pricing teams to tailor propositions for the Hong Kong market.
- Mentor and support team members in achieving personal development goals and career progression.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related disciplines.
- IIQE Papers 1 & 2 required.
- At least 8 years of sales or business development experience, with strong knowledge of international brokerage partners and their landscape.
- Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving commercial targets.
- Strong leadership and people development skills; team leader experience highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
