Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service via multiple channels and perform timely follow-up actions.
- Handle policy servicing requests, including policy enquiries, policy changes, and claims-related submissions.
- Support management in monitoring service standards and recommending productivity and service enhancement initiatives.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service; exposure to insurance products or financial services is an advantage.
- Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
