About the Company
Our client is a reputable insurance institution expanding its Customer Experience function. To support this growth, we are seeking an energetic and service-oriented (Senior) Customer Service Officer to join the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional customer service via multiple channels and perform timely follow-up actions.
  • Handle policy servicing requests, including policy enquiries, policy changes, and claims-related submissions.
  • Support management in monitoring service standards and recommending productivity and service enhancement initiatives.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service; exposure to insurance products or financial services is an advantage.
  • Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
