Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with functional units (e.g., underwriting, claims, distribution, finance) to uncover and prioritize data needs.
- Lead the implementation of enterprise-wide data strategies that improve data accessibility, usability, and business value.
- Ensure business requirements are clearly articulated and effectively embedded into data solutions.
- Design and guide business data solutions that enhance sales effectiveness, customer insights, and product performance.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track the success of data initiatives across business units.
- Enable revenue growth by applying data insights to lead generation, cross-selling, upselling, and retention strategies.
- Promote data quality, governance, and compliance through active engagement with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Champion adoption of new data tools and dashboards through training, communication, and change management efforts.
- Drive business value by ensuring data initiatives align with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Cultivate a data-first mindset across business teams using storytelling, education, and insight activation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 8+ years in business strategy, data enablement, or transformation roles—preferably within insurance or financial services.
- Solid grasp of insurance data ecosystems (policy, claims, distribution, actuarial).
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
- Strong commercial insight with a record of applying data-driven strategies to accelerate revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into data opportunities.
