Responsibilities
- To support distribution leader for agency administration duties, including compensation and registration and administration.
- To manage operation governance, such as application registration process
- To communicate with internal sales channel to provide channel administrative support (including agency registration and etc)
- To participate in projects for on going improvement.
Requirements
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- At least 8 years of experience in insurance market, with strong knowledge to facilitate sales channel operation and administration duties.
- Good knowledge of agency contract, license registration and IA procedures are preferrable.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, Cantonese.
