We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead and scale our client’s global cloud infrastructure. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced leader with deep technical expertise across multiple public cloud platforms and a proven record of driving infrastructure transformation across geographically distributed teams.

- Lead and mentor a global team of cloud infrastructure engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Assist in the management and operation of infrastructure services, providing support to the team
- Contribute to the implementation of infrastructure strategies and projects
- Help maintain the performance and availability of infrastructure systems while troubleshooting issues
- Collaborate with other teams to understand their infrastructure requirements and support design and/or implementation
- Participate in the implementation of best practices and process improvements within the infrastructure services
- Oversee the design, deployment, and management of scalable infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and other public cloud platforms (GCP experience is a plus)
- Manage cloud networking and containerized environments.
- Implement and optimize DevOps practices such as CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins)
- Serve as a key liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
- Champion vendor evaluation and contract negotiations to ensure cost-effective and secure service delivery
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in leading global infrastructure teams
- Deep expertise in AWS and Azure environments; relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, DevOps are highly valued
- Working knowledge of other public cloud platforms such as GCP is an advantage
- Strong command of networking, cloud-native architecture, and modern DevOps methodologies
- Knowledge in cloud platforms, container management (Kubernetes, OpenShift), DevSecOps toolsets, eg. Jenkins, Bitbucket, Gitlab,bAnsible, Terraform would be an advantage.
- Proven experience with large-scale infrastructure supporting mission-critical applications
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
