Job description

Our client is a well-established conglomerate with business in entertainment and hospitality sector. To cope with their business need and ensure high their privilege customers can have an delighted customer journey, they are hiring a Senior Manager to lead a small team in managing the customer relationship, to ensure premium customer service are delivered and to enhance the customer engagement.

Responsibility
  • As a senior manager, you will be leading a team to implement mid to long term customer engagement strategy.
  • To understand customer behaviour, to drive for customer engagement, events participation and increasing the loyalty to the business in long run.
  • To ensure service delivery are meeting to standard and exceeding customer satisfaction.
  • To provide training to junior members on customer relationship building, to develop excellent customer journey.
Requirement
  • About 8 years of premium customer service experience or event marketing experience to high-net-worth customers or privilege customers from service sector (Eg. Hospitality, aviation, event management, PR, have added advantages)
  • Team leadership experience in leading a small customer service team
  • Customer centric – in-depth customer behaviour knowledge and experience
  • Strong business acumen in driving customer engagement, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty for business growth and events enrollment.
  • Presentable, excellent interpersonal skills and problem service skills.
  • Effective communication skills to communicate with various departments for coordination. (marketing, catering, operation, etcs)
