Job Description:
- Act as a crucial role in the development and execution of organization's digital transformation strategy, driving innovation and ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation, customer-centric initiatives, and new business expansion
- Design process flows and methodologies for digital transformation projects, ensuring efficient and effective implementation and change management
- Develop and implement organization-wide digital transformation programs, including customer strategy redesign, customer journey optimization, and the introduction of agile methodologies
- Conduct market assessments and identify adjacent business opportunities to support growth strategies and operating model recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital transformation, preferably in diverse industries
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions
- Candidates coming from Management Consultancy firms will be a plus
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a MUST
