- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve company's sales goals and objectives in the global market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and target potential customers in various industries to promote supply chain solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the latest supply chain technologies and solutions
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the market environment, competition, and customer's business needs
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company to ensure a smooth delivery of solutions and services to customers
- Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions, document sales activities, and report on sales progress
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's solutions and services
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in sales or business development for supply chain solutions, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes, technologies, and trends
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel frequently
