In this role, you will be the go-to HR partner for day-to-day operations and take the lead on HR initiatives as the company expands across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to make a tangible impact on regional expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR operations, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring compliance with local labor laws
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and collaborate with regional/global HR teams
- Lead HR setup for new office launches across Europe, from planning to execution
- Oversee HR Shared Services (HRSS) and drive process improvements
- Foster employee engagement and support the development of a collaborative workplace culture
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, ideally in hyper-growth, fintech, or tech-driven industries
- Experienced in opening new office in different countries is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident, presentable, and able to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Resilient and committed, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (e.g. Chinese, German, French) are a strong plus
