We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented, and collaborative Project Manager to lead the transformation and revamp of the Pension platforms. This role will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and transformation goals. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful, business-aligned solutions that modernise our pension systems and enhance customer experience.

About the Role
- Lead end-to-end project management for pension and MPF platform revamp initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business priorities.
- Establish governance frameworks, track progress, and ensure timely reporting to senior management.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, prioritisation, and alignment of project deliverables with business needs.
- Manage outsourced vendors to ensure compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and delivery milestones.
- Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance policies.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain comprehensive documentation for audits and compliance checks.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery practices.
- Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new pension/MPF systems.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Champion collaboration and foster a culture of accountability and transparency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years’ experience in pension or MPF project.
- Proven track record managing large-scale transformation projects, preferably in financial services or pension/MPF-related platforms.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management experience.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing pension and MPF systems.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Experience with Agile project delivery and digital transformation initiatives preferred.
- PMP or PRINCE2 or Agile certification is an advantage.
