About the Company:
My client is one of the leaders within the retail industry. With the company’s future direction, my client has upgraded this role to a Senior Manager level to look after the overall Talent Management and Development matters. 

They are looking for someone who has solid knowledge in building a Talent Management framework also to design for leadership development. The ideal candidate has to be someone who is passionate in the field with great stakeholder management and communication skills to join their team. This is a team leader position managing a team of 6, directly report to the Senior Director of HR.  

Job Description:
  • Discuss with Top Management with the company’s upcoming objectives/ visions on a regular basis, provide strategic ideas for them on talent to organisation design
  • Set up leadership programme for senior leaders and young managers for them to ensure their development progression, work closely with external vendors when necessary
  • Design the Talent Management (TM) programmes, including but not limited to development schedule, talent review, succession planning, TM measuring tools etc.
  • Regularly review the Talent pool selection process and identify the talents to proceed to company Leadership training
  • Discover the learning gap of the leaders and young managers by conducting different analysis / survey, identify the necessary development programme
  • Assist with other ad hoc HR projects if necessary
Skills & Experiences required:
  • University degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • At least 10 years of L&D and TM experience within a sizeable organisation
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Preferred candidates who have good stakeholder management and passionate in TM field
