My client is one of the leaders in its industry; to cater the company’s direction, they have set up a new headcount to drive Talent Management and Development matters.
The ideal candidate should be someone who has relevant experience gained from MNCs and is passionate in the field with great stakeholder management. This candidate will work closely with the Talent Management Head to lead the team as well as overseeing the whole process and procedures of the Talent Management initiatives. This role directly reports to the TM Head and will be leading a team of 3.

Job Description:
- Leading talent development strategies and conducting performance evaluations to drive employee growth and succession planning
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify talent needs and supporting efforts in workforce planning
- Managing talent assessment tools to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and providing guidance on performance management’s best practice
- Overseeing the end to end Graduate Trainee programme, from designing to executing growth plans, mentorship programme to rotations to support their development
- Enhancing learning initiatives for employees across all levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Overseeing the L&D programmes and ROI of the trainings, conduct analysis when necessary
- Assist in other projects as requested
- University degree in HR Management or related discipline
- At least 7 years of Talent Management/ Development or L&D experience within MNCs, candidates have experienced gained from large scale firms are welcome
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
- Short notice maybe an advantage
