About the role

This role is responsible for developing the overall strategy and implementation of digital transformation in the insurance sector. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing various technical & non-technical initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. The Programme Manager will be responsible for all components of programme including strategizing, planning and implementation. He/she will also work with the delivery teams comprising project managers, change management specialists, business analysts and clinical subject matter experts to deliver the programme initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in project and programme management with a focus on fostering collaboration among diverse technical teams.

Key Responsibilities


  • Create and maintain the delivery strategy for a broad portfolio of tech teams, along with the respective Tech and Product leaders.
  • Define the way of driving these programs and processes and constantly find ways of improving them in a data driven manner.
  • Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and processes to improve operations and increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate cross-functionally across various teams, organizations and internal and external stakeholders to drive engineering efforts.
  • Lead the team's innovation efforts, bring in new ideas and technologies.
  • Manage contracts with vendors (e.g. development platforms, telecommunication companies, password managers) and software licenses
  • Identify and manage the risks associated with projects and programs to achieve project success.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and work with a number of resources within a matrix environment.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum teams and coach tech/product leaders
  • Prepare the project schedule, define the milestones, track and report progress
  • Work with the Engineers, Design, Data, QA and product teams to make sure there are no Blockers for the project delivery.
You Will Be a Good Candidate If You Are



  • Proven track record and at least 6 years of technical program management experience (including financial/budget management) in a technology company and experience in leading complex and high scale projects end-end in an agile environment.
  • Analytical skills, be able to independently query data and derive insights from databases & dashboards to be able to bring accountability and visibility across the organization.
  • You’re interested in how technology can improve the environments people live in and proactively propose new products-features / ideas to help the people.
  • Superior organizational, ownership, leadership and communication skills.
  • You’re a collaborative person that believes in the Agile principles and how they can help empowered teams deliver the best software
  • Possess a strong understanding of security best practices, infrastructure provisioning, authentication, and access management using cloud providers like AWS.
  • Have a proactive and collaborative approach to working with diverse technical and non-technical teams.
  • Show an aptitude for staying current with the latest developments and trends in the renewable energy industry and across the tech stack.
